Pilates Mat 3

This class is for students who have had a consistent Pilates practice for one year or longer. You must know level 2 exercises prior to taking this level. This is a fast-paced, level 3 class and includes more difficult variations on exercises you learned in levels 1 and 2, as well as some level 3 exercises. Includes 32-40 mat exercises. One must have no injuries (or know how to modify advanced exercises for their body), and be proficient at the Level 2 exercises such as Teaser, Push Ups, and Side Plank.
Prerequisites: MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 INSTRUCTOR’S PERMISSION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All Pilates classes last 55 minutes. Please bring a yoga mat. All levels of Pilates classes may make use of props either to make an exercise easier, increase the challenge, or to add variety. We provide the props which may include free weights, magic circles, foam rollers, therabands, and gym balls.
