Karma Class (donation) Description: A free class offered to the community, this class will be taught in the Hot Room and will vary from week to week in terms of the teacher and the style of Hot Yoga. One week it may be Hot Core Power and the next it may be Hot Vinyasa. This class gives our new teachers an opportunity to improve their teaching abilities and offers students an additional time on the schedule to improve their practice. All levels welcome. This class does not deduct from your class card. Instead there is a suggested $5 donation. Donations go to Our House: A Child Care and Support Center for Homeless Families and PAWS Atlanta. 75 minutes.
