Description: This meditative vinyasa class is especially good for students who want to move deeper into their practice, need to strengthen and stabilize, want to explore their breath and calm their minds. The class incorporates pranayama (breathing techniques) and a series of flowing and strengthening postures to help bring strength, stability and energy into the body and mind. This class includes arm balancing and inversions, and you are invited to work at your own level. The last part of the class focuses on flexibility and relaxation. This class is appropriate for the beginner and the more advanced student as modifications are offered for both. All Levels. 75 minutes.
