Bikram 75

Description:
A Hatha yoga series (Bikram method) practiced in a heated (105 degree) room, consisting of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures. In this class there are two sets of most poses, but a few poses will only have one long set.  This enables us to offer a 75 minute format for busy yogis.  All levels. 75 minutes.
