Bikram 60

Description:
A Hatha yoga series (Bikram method) practiced in a heated (103 - 105 degree) room, consisting of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures. This is the same series as the original 90 minute class with only one set of each pose, held a little longer.  This 60 minute version is perfect for the person who has strict time restraints, and is offered at our 6:00 am, 12:00 (noon) and 4:30 pm time slots. All levels. 60 minutes.
