We offer four levels of Pilates mat classes from Introduction to Advanced. Most people can begin with an Introduction to Pilates class which is held on Saturdays at 10:30 am.
All Pilates classes last 55 minutes. Please bring a yoga mat. All levels of Pilates classes may make use of props either to make an exercise easier, increase the challenge, or to add variety. We provide the props which may include free weights, magic circles, foam rollers, therabands, and gym balls.
