Decatur Yoga & Pilates is located just 6 miles east of downtown Atlanta in beautiful, historic downtown Decatur.

We offer a variety of yoga styles, including Hot Yoga (Bikram and Core Power), Vinyasa, Restorative, Pre-natal, YogaKids and more. We offer Basics classes for beginners in all of these styles, and we also offer 4 levels of Pilates mat classes.

We have two beautiful yoga rooms, full shower facilities and an OM Boutique, featuring the latest in yoga wear and accessories.
